Dublin Raiders Academy provides young children with the opportunity to learn basketball skills in a safe and fun environment. Our Junior Academy is open to children aged six to nine years old and our Senior Academy is open to children aged ten to twelve years old.
All children are placed in a small group supported by a qualified coach and assistant who train them in basic basketball skills; dribbling, shooting and passing. As they learn these fundamental skills, additional more complex ones are introduced.
It is our goal that the children will develop the skills and love for basketball to graduate from our Academy to play for one of our underage teams.
Junior Academy takes place on a Saturday morning from 9-10 am in St. Joseph of Cluny Killiney and in St. Laurence Collage, Loughlinstown
Senior Academy takes place on Saturdays at 10-11 am in St. Joseph of Cluny Killiney and in St. Laurence Collage, Loughlinstown
